Not Every Movie Is "WOKE" Now!
There is a segment of movie critics (I guess that's what they are) who constantly put out videos complaining about how woke everything is now. Apparently if a movie contains people that aren't white, we need to be offended and claim the film is woke or SJW propaganda. The truth is, we've been fed decades and decades worth of white-driven films. Typically where a dude takes on an army of villains, gets the hot woman and rides off into the sunset. No one had any issues with these movies (I still don't) but suddenly, now that Hollywood is finally getting more representation in their films, this is a major issue for those folks. I call bs and talk about how this whole section of movie criticism is overblown and an easy way to get outrage clicks online. It's not a valuable way to judge movies and does a disservice to a lot of movies that are unfairly labeled.
